At Lavanya The Label, refunds are not available due to the unique nature of our Made-to-Order process. Instead, we offer exchanges or credit notes under exceptional conditions.
As a Made-to-Order brand, every outfit is meticulously crafted from scratch. From sourcing premium fabrics to intricate embellishments, each element is carefully curated and involves significant time, effort, and cost. Since there are no ready-made pieces, this bespoke approach does not allow refunds.
In exceptional cases where refunds are applicable, the process takes up to 7 business days, with an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account. Any platform fees incurred during the process will be borne by the customer.
