EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your item:  

How to raise a return and exchange request  

  1. Visit the Raise a Return or Exchange section on our website.  
  2. Enter your order number, email, or phone number to locate your order.  
  3. Select either exchange or return.
  4. FIll in the necessary details to proceed further with the request.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.  
  • For information on shipping timelines for exchanged items, refer to our Shipping Policy.  

Exchange and Shipping Policies  

Eligible Reasons for Exchange   

  • Incorrect size received.  
  • Manufacturing defects.  
  • Damaged product upon receipt.  
  • Wrong product received.  

 

Non-Eligible Reasons for Exchange

  • Non-manufacturing defects such as pen marks, loose threads, or any kind of external marks.  
  • Colour variations due to screen resolution differences (10-12% colour difference).  

 

Product Condition for Exchange

  • All product tags must be intact.  
  • The product must be in its original packaging along with the invoice.  
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.  

 

Quality Inspection

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the shipment is received and passes our quality inspection.  
  • If the product fails the quality inspection, it will be shipped back to you.  

 

Exchange Limit

  • Only one exchange per piece is allowed.  

Shipping and Charges  

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is available at a charge of ₹400 for Lehengas and ₹300 for other outfits, which must be borne by the customer, even in the cases of defective or incorrect products, as this service is facilitated through a third-party provider. 

Shipping Information

  • Once the exchange is dispatched, the shipping details will be shared via your registered email ID.  

 

Specific Scenarios  

Defective Products

  • Refunds are provided only for defective products, such as torn items. An opening video is mandatory to process these claims.  

Gift Card Purchases

  • Only size exchanges are allowed for products purchased using gift cards.  

 

Additional Information  

Colour Variations

  • Slight variations in color, finish, and overall appearance may occur due to different monitor displays and lighting conditions. Exchanges or returns will not be entertained for these variations.  

 

Credit Notes  

  • If the product does not meet your expectations, we will issue an exchange or a credit note valid for three months for future purchases.
